Photos, Measurements & Progress Check-in

Upload your baseline before photos and measurements before Saturday kickoff, or submit your ongoing 4-week progress updates, non-scale wins, and progress stories.

Taking Photos Guidelines

Progress Is Best Seen When

Aside from the Best Body Assessment and My Personal Assessment, you should have photos of your progress. Photos should be taken every 4 weeks*.

Wearing the same outfit for all photos*
Feet shoulder width apart & standing tall
Taken at same time of day* (morning, fasted)
Profile/side view: arms straight down (do not block stomach)
Taken in the same spot each time
Front & rear facing: hands on hips
Camera parallel to the floor at shoulder height (getting head down to feet in frame, not pointing up or down)
*Guidelines apply to body measurements as well.

Positions to photograph: Front facing (hands on hips), Rear facing (hands on hips), and Profile side view (arms straight down)

Tell us how your symptoms, hormones, and overall quality of life are improving.

Describe what has improved beyond just the scale: sleep quality, cravings, brain fog, steady energy, digestion, mood, how clothes fit, libido, or workouts.
